KarateKid7 Posted April 16, 2005 Posted April 16, 2005 I find i can lift more in vertical raises than lateral raises...should I be developing the lateral raises more to bring it up to the same level? Mr. Mike Posted April 17, 2005 Posted April 17, 2005 the vertical raises use more muscle groups than the lateral raises....the lateral raises are mostly for isolation training.
