BruceLee Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 I always thought bouncing was bad for stretching because stretching is simply to help well stretch the muscles. Stretching should be slow and held for a while, about 30 minutes or so. I've also seen and heard from other people that keeping one position on stretching is good and bouncing is not. The meaning of life... is to live.
