Here is another excersize for the legs I love to hate :kaioken:

stand with your feet 1 1/2 shoulder widths apart and then squat so your knees and butt are parallel to the floor (or as close as you can get them). Then begin to rotate to the left or right using your hips and legs to turn the body. As you look left, you should be moving right, and vice versa. This is another great excersize that will really build up strength in the legs (but you may need a friend to carry you to the car after the class) :brow:
