PhDPeddler Posted April 2, 2005 Share Posted April 2, 2005 I have felt........well try reading my other post on "fists full of chi" Remember that chi is a flow and not to be disrupted.Are you asking to get alot of chi in your arms and go do some curls? Something like this to get more weight on your curls?If you are try doing your exercises. For a cool down get a good chi flow going. Just remember don't throw your chi away! Keep it.
