KarateKid7
Im not sure if this is possible but I have heartd rumours that certain specific exercises tend to boost this muscle building hormone more than others. Any1 hav any tips or cud point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance "Life is a journey, not a destination""Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless""Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Mith
why do you want to boost it?Most young men already have a high circulating volume. Exercising causes more of the hormone to release as well as HGH (when resting).
Mr Pockets
Consuming necessary fats such as flaxeed oil and things like that will help your body produce higher testosterone levels. Also, high weight exercises such as squats or legpresses and deadlifts (be careful!) cause the body to release certain hormones that aid in muscle growth throughout the body. It's kind of a funny thing to hear, but they say if you want to make your chest grow, lift heavy legs! Edited April 17, 2005 by Mr Pockets

CQC
Depending on your age you should look into Creatine. Some will argue for and against, but do your own research and you may find it'll give you the energy boost, strength gain, and great muscle recovery. Also make sure you're taking protein aswell. Mr Pockets
Creatine will make you approximately 20% stronger, enabling you to lift more and therefor grow more. If your muscles can handle it, go for it.
Ben Martin
When any package says no known side effects that always puts me off. and with creatine there are no short term side effects Strive to Become The Type Of Person That Others Do Not Normally Encounter In This WorldI would love it if everyone i spoke to or met throughout my life would benefit from being with or speaking to me. - Life goalI See The Sunshine But Their's A Storm Holding Me Back.
