Good luck greenbelt_girl15.

It's hard getting arthritis at a young age - I'm 25 and I'm starting with it in my hands and wrists.

I also have problems with arthritis in my elbow and wrists. I've read that taking up to 5 grams of ginger a day is suposed to greatly help reduce pain and swelling. I am just starting this treatment myself so I can't say first hand how well it works, but heres hoping.

I have arthritis in my hands. I read an article on how drinking Aloe Vera has helped people with arthritis. I am lucky to have a lot of Aloe Vera growing in my yard so I made Aloe Vera smoothies and the stiffness went away.
