Ben Martin Posted April 4, 2005 Posted April 4, 2005 an ex of mine who was 22 had it real bad in her hips she had to stop training because it became to much for her to handel even after an hour or so of walkin she would b in bad pain. her friend who is the same age has it real bad too. if you search online you can find out about foods you are ment to avoid. the only ones i can remember are beef and tomatos. ManaZe Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 I also have problems with arthritis in my elbow and wrists. I've read that taking up to 5 grams of ginger a day is suposed to greatly help reduce pain and swelling. I am just starting this treatment myself so I can't say first hand how well it works, but heres hoping.
pineapple Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 I have arthritis in my hands. I read an article on how drinking Aloe Vera has helped people with arthritis. I am lucky to have a lot of Aloe Vera growing in my yard so I made Aloe Vera smoothies and the stiffness went away. What works works
