Recommended Posts

When I do situps, I've noticed that my lower back grinds a lot. It doesn't always hurt, but it feels really uncomfortable and not very healthy. Is there some excersises or something that I can do to stop/reduce this? Any imput would be appreciated.

I agree with greenbelt_girl15,

Try doing crunches. They will help stregthen the abdominal area and minimize back cracking. just reember to lift just your shoulders off the mat and don't crane your neck. hope this helps
