Shorinryu Sensei
The number of pullups I can do is in direct porportion to the size and ferocity of the dog below me that is trying to get my feet. A. Orstrom
On a good day - about three or four The happiness of a man in this life does not consist in the absence, but in the mastery of his passions.Alfred, Lord Tennyson
mindsedgeblade
About three knuckles in, and then three knuckles away. I have really strong abs tho- probably from getting kicked all the time But they're like push ups- slowly improving. I can manuever monkey bars easily enough, and pop off the ground no problem, and there's nothing weak about my punch, so slow improvement is just fine. The best a man can hope foris, over the course of his lifetime,to change for the better.
