MA training techniques.

Do any of you train to make your skills better like this:

 

What I am talking about is that I train in She Quan (I do not do She Quan, I just like using it.) I use a bamboo stick, with an apple skewered on a the end and then I use a piece of string around the other end and attach it to a pipe that stick out of the side of my house (I have a side alley) and then I use She Quan to attack it.

 

I also like to balance juggling balls on the back of my flat hands and see how fast I can move using She Quan techniques without dropping them.

 

Any of you do anything like that?

The cool summer breeze passes me by.
