Its not the technique i need help with its because I need to get more flexiable knees to do these kicks and hamstring streches does anyone any good ones. I have no trouble with side kicks. i just need to make my hamsting muscle stronger and my knees more flexable please help

More time in training and more repititions of the kicks. You need to work the basics and work them a lot.

Let's see... If you want stronger leg muscles, the only exercise that comes to mind right now that you can do without using any equipment is running/jogging. You could also do slow leg raises.

 

As for the actual techniques, practicing is the key. Also, why don't you ask your instructor for some extra help?

For greater leg strength I cannot highly recommend enough of that of using weights.

 

Do lunges, squats, squat jumps with weights, sprinting, burpees, step ups, sissy squats

 

Here is an article that is about jumping, but the exercises are designed to develop explosive leg strength

I like to do front kicks over chairs

 

btw i have wrist/ankle wieghts anyway should i do my kicks SLOWLY with them on?
