my dojo accepts 4 or 5 year olds based on maturity.

I am not aware of an age limit in my dojo :idea: I'm sure there is generally one (I haven't seen any two year olds running around in gi yet :lol:).. I'd say it would depend on the maturity of the child.

7 in my dojo, but we have had a couple of 6 year olds in the past.

Because in my Dojo I see 4 year old kids running arond in a Gi! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Actually,I have no idea what tha age is in my Dojo,well Yuji Iwakuras Dojo.I've seen somewhat young kids,but none that look to be 5 or 6.
