fangshi Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Good eating and lots of cardio are needed to achieve that ripped six pack look . I know of many MA's who have great strong abdominal muscles that were hidden until proper nutrition and cardio programs were implemented . Good luck ! We are not so much individual beings as individual points of perception within one immense being.

isshinryu5toforever Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 You have to lower your overall body fat content to get a six pack. You can't spot train for better "show muscles". SevenStar Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 there are a million threads on six packs.... try searching. In a nutshell, situps won't do it. you can doo 1,000,000,000 situps per day and you will never see your six pack if you have fat covering it. cardio and diet are the biggest factors.
Maddwraph Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 is there a way you can check your body fat? and keep a count of it, like some little safe machine? it sound sstupid but i dont know. Im brasilian, but live in the united states. Really enjoying martial arts.
SevenStar Posted March 10, 2005 Posted March 10, 2005 yeah, you can but calipers that measure bodyfat. Also, there are methods you can do with no tools, but they aren't as accurate.
