And is there a program or something like the 100+ puch up work out plan that can help me with this. I know of many MA's who have great strong abdominal muscles that were hidden until proper nutrition and cardio programs were implemented . Good luck ! TigerHeart Posted March 9, 2005 Share Posted March 9, 2005 Hey shotokan kid, crunches are safer and most people belive works better then sit-ups, alot of running and ab work will do, they complenment ecah other with a good diet will help, you need to be less than 12% body fat to archived this mate. In a nutshell, situps won't do it. you can doo 1,000,000,000 situps per day and you will never see your six pack if you have fat covering it. cardio and diet are the biggest factors.
