Radok Posted March 20, 2005 Share Posted March 20, 2005 I would put the maintainance dose of creatine, some whey protein, and some branch chain amino acids in a good bit of soy milk, along with some chocolate milk mix. The chocolate is for taste, added calories, and some sugar to pick you up after a workout. If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point.Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.
