ive only had one tourney and i was soooooooo nervous, ive always had stage fright since i was little i had doing anything infront of crowds, thats why i bottled rocking the stage with my mate at a rap show. i was well proud of my self when i done the tourney, even though i lost i won the battle that ment most to me and that was going there and fighting. so i have my losers medal haniging above my pc. i have my second tourney on the 17th of april and i know ive done it once so i can do it again and i can't weight.

Okay, tournament is done with.....Ouch.....fifth (out of five) in kata, 1st (out of us two girls) in sparring. They wouldn't let me fight the boys. I feel insulted, I'm stronger than most guys! But then, when I fought the TKD kid, my head still hurts and I'm still seeing stars. I got hit about 4 1/2 hours ago.

That's wonderful!! i'm glad you had the guts to even go, that's my problem. how was it when you were infront of all those people????

Congrats on your win even though it was between 2 ppl, it's great! as for the guy thing...i never really thought about the guys and gals being split, i wonder if that's how it always is? It doesnt' mean that your kata sucks, try not to be discouraged it'll come with time i guess, things always do.

Keep up the good work!! we'll all be great one day, just stick with it!! :karate:
