TigerHeart Posted March 10, 2005 Posted March 10, 2005 Somhow I can do the the left splits but now I don't want to do anymore, I can do both split if I push myself but in MT, flexibilty losens power,,,,in some degrees but that maybe my left leg hhmmmmm not sure but I've seen alot of flexible MT and ther kicks are like rock.. There will be a day that you can't cope with your life, I want you to look at the star and remember, I always smile back at you. luV u lots Jen

I just got some help from Draven Chen Zhen and these methods are really helping me.Read this and one day you will preform side & front splits (i'm 10-15 cm away from it ) Pavel Tastsouline - Relax Into Stretching What works works
