I am a 40 year old Tai Chi instructor , based in Cape Town, South Africa, Have been teaching for 10 years, Yang Style Tai Chi, although started off in Wing Chun and Seven Star Praying Mantis. Hope to be able to contribute a little knowledge from time to time. Without long practice one cannot suddenly understand Tai Chi : - Tai Chi Classics
