Just curious. I've gotten bad at doing pushups so I wanted to see how many others can do.

Omg, that makes me feel really stupid :(

I can hardly get to the 25 :o

But I'm doing around 25 everyday, adding a few when doing it... I don't want to change the subject, but do you have some tips?

EDIT: There's already a topic about my question

i could do maby up to 25 as well, i have no arm strength. but mayeb if i do them fast, i can do more. for those that do all those push ups, you do them fast?

Im brasilian, but live in the united states. Really enjoying martial arts.

I do them at a normal pace, not too fast, not extremely slow. I just developed a pushup style, it's kind of like a marathoner developing their stride and speed. I found a rate that I could do pushups at for a sustained amount of time, and locked in on it. For speed I have done as many as 71 pushups in 1 minute.

I can do 25 on a good day. Not because I'm lazy or don't try, but because I have carple tunnel problems in my wrists. But I can hammer out sit-ups (50 in about 40 to 50 seconds). Not bad for someone who hasn't really done those :D

another good way of doing push-ups is by gradually building up the reps. say, do 10, then 20, then 30 then back down to 20 then 10, with little 10 second breaks in betwee. You'll find that doing 30 when you are warmed up is much easier than doind 10 from nothing. Well,. i do anyway
