Popkov Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 hi, i have recently been doing alot of training, i started getting a pain in my back a couple of days ago on my upper right hand side of my back, i would consult a docter of acupressure or acupuncture, but in this glorious westernised world i could not find one. and the only way for me i think to find one near by is back near my home 10,000 miles away, so... i was wondering if anyone had any stretches/ techniques which could help?
krzychicano Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 I would get it checked out by a doctor or perhaps a chiropractor? I know people that have gone to chiropractors for back pains and they have worked wonders for them. What the superior man seeks is in himself; what the small man seeks is in others. - Confucius
Ben Martin Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 yeah i agree^ if your back is hurting you should get it checked as soon as poss and if it hurts when you are training dont traing until you have your back sorted out, you dont want it to get worse and or even permanate so you? 1kickKO Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 I agree..I got into a car accident from somebody ramming me in the back. I got back whiplash, and my lower back was hurting pretty badly. I went to the chriropractor, a few adjustments later, I was A-OK.
