Sinar89 Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 ok..what exactly is shadow fist? i'm asking cause the Kempo karate school im about to go to has 4 classes a week (every week night) and then a 5th class on friday that teaches mixed martial arts. in this , from what i remember is, kick boxing, muai thi and shadow fist......so, i'm wanting to know what exaclty is shadow fist? thanks for any help.
