February 11, 200521 yr ok..what exactly is shadow fist? i'm asking cause the Kempo karate school im about to go to has 4 classes a week (every week night) and then a 5th class on friday that teaches mixed martial arts. in this , from what i remember is, kick boxing, muai thi and shadow fist......so, i'm wanting to know what exaclty is shadow fist? thanks for any help.

February 13, 200521 yr there is a kung-fu style called shadow fist but i really dont think it would be of any use in mma it's a soft style. Fist visible Strike invisible
February 14, 200521 yr I've never heard it. Maybe when you go check the classes out, you can ask the instructor about what kind of system it is. Why punch someone when their on the ground when you can just kick them
