I too figured that the best way to learn how to spar was with a blackbelt , and he was kind enough to give me the proper education some advice though, I would make an appoipment with your doctor ahead of timeand inform them of what you going to do , that way they will know your comming and you won't have to wait lol all kidding aside , as I said before It is good that your learning form a black belt I still spar with one every chance , and good luck in your first tournment. I hope to fight in my first one soon too hey we can both get pounded on together lol your hands and feet are all the protection you need, you win some you loose some but you live to fight another day !!!
