drunkendragon Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 i recently put up a post called explain muay thai i got the reply i was looking for so i am now asking if anyone has good training instructions my master is at the time batteling cancer ( root for him) so i have no teacher at the moment since i'd like to learn muay thai i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to self train until my master recovers a boat can float in water but it can sink in it to
SevenStar Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 you can't... seriously. It's not recommended to teach yourself ANY style - you need the guidance of an instructor. If I were you, I would keep training TKD and drunken boxing, but on your own. Since you are already training it, you know about the styles basics and such and can train what you know. Put together a solid program and train until you have a teacher once again. Also, I'll keep your teacher in my prayers...
