Sinar89 Posted February 5, 2005 Posted February 5, 2005 OK, im getting ready for kenpo karate. its mainly that but it also teaches judo and ju-jitsu along the way. i'm in pretty shape but not the best so i was gonig to wait until i was in peak condition to start. my dad says that its also exercise along the way in karate and that it will get me in top shape so i should start now. what do you think? start now or wait till peak lvl.

Shorinryu Sensei Posted February 5, 2005 Posted February 5, 2005 Start now! Not too many people walk in at top physical condition. You'll be fine. Agreed! Start now, My nightly prayer..."Please, just let me win that PowerBall Jackpot just once. I'll prove to you that it won't change me!"
