Well, now that I have almost 50 posts I'd say the time has come, right ?

 

My name is Krystyn, I am 14, and I study tae kwon do (ITF). I am a high green belt and have been doing TKD for around three years. My other hobbies are basketball, playing the guitar, and arguing needlessly with random people (Joking )

 

I like this site. It's cool, and unlike many other sites the people aren't biased against people who practice TKD (just becasue it is the easiest to commercialize and form "McDojos" some seem to think it is inferor).

TKD has become the most practiced martial art in the world ... its popularity is mainly due to its spectacular techniques and its being fun for all ages to learn and perform.

 

I have a daughter your age who is also a black belt in TKD. She began training at age 5! Stay with it !

My three brothers also study with me. We are all the same rank, but I think the younger one is going to have a hard time keeping up now. If we stick with it, we will be the first 4 sibling black belts! They are 13, 10, and 8!
