Iron Arahat Posted January 30, 2002 Posted January 30, 2002 If you have a heart condition I would drop the Ma Hung from the regiment if it is over 5mg. You have to watch alot of these "meta" blends sold today. Some pose serious risks and due to limited testing and easy approval of herbal remidies from the FDA one must always be cautious. ad Posted February 17, 2002 Posted February 17, 2002 what are the effects if you take supplements at my age, or generally if you take an overdose of what you should do?? Brown Sash Hsing I/Lau Gar Kung FuBrown Belt San Shou17 yr oldhttp://www.selfdefencehelp.co.uk
YODA Posted February 18, 2002 Author Posted February 18, 2002 Hi AD At your age I'd stick to a good quality multi-viatmin & mineral supplement, unless you have any specific problems that we don't know about. The things to be careful with are the fat soluble vitamins, especially A & D - Your body can store these & build up a toxic amount - you'd have to take a LOT though. Take too much of the others & you'll just make very expensive urine Seeing as you're on eof us Brits you could take the ones I use. From Holland & Barrett health shops - Bet you have one of those in Brum The are called "Timed release Athlete's Formula" - 1 tablet per day would be great. They'll cost you about a fiver for 60 tablets, but if you keep you eye on their 2 for one deal the multi-vits appear on there from time to time. When they do I buy about 6 lots! _________________ YODA 2nd Degree Black Belt : Doce Pares Eskrima Instructor : JKD Concepts http://www.jkdc.co.uk / http://www.docepares.co.uk [ This Message was edited by: YODA on 2002-02-18 10:09 ] YODA2nd Degree Black Belt : Doce Pares Eskrima https://www.docepares.co.ukQualified Instructor : JKD Concepts https://www.jkdc.co.ukQualified Fitness Instructor (Weights, CV, Circuit, Kinesiology)

BlackBeauty Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 Yep - I've been taking ECA Stack off and on for about 12 months. it's great but I ensure that I give my body a break whenever possible. ==================http://come.to/BlackBeauty==================
