1kickKO Posted February 19, 2005 Posted February 19, 2005 I can do about 100 in about 3 mins. Knuckle pushups are great for not only your knuckles, but also your wrists. What you could also do just to "side train" a bit is find a set of stairs, then put your hands down on them and do pushups on your stairs, this will get you used to doing pushups and then take it to the ground.
