USAF PJ Posted January 25, 2005 Posted January 25, 2005 I have been stretching my inner thys by doing the splits, but I am stuck at about 2 inches away from the ground. I was wondering if anyone knows a better way to break this or speed it along. Also any other streches that you don't normally hear about that someone would like to share would be good.
