ShotokanKid Posted January 23, 2005 Posted January 23, 2005 I was told to use hot water bottles when I stretch to make sure that I don't pull a muscle. Is this safe, good, useful, etc? If so, how much are they and where can I buy them? "What we do in life, echoes in eternity.""We must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men."
KUNTA KINTE Posted January 23, 2005 Posted January 23, 2005 Do you put them on your legs?? if so all it does is warm your muscels up so they stretch better. You can fill up a bottle with hot water or you can get one of those ice/hot pads and heat it up. The right to keep and bear Arms.
