Hey everyone, I thought I would ask a question about heavy bags and where to use them. I'm currently a college senior living in a basement room with some roomates in a house. There is a room next to mine that is fairly vacant, although it is the boiler room with some extra space. The roofing in the room is wooden though. What could I use instead of a heavy bag if this cannot be put up? I wanted something that I could train on. Any suggestions? Thanks

You could put padding on the wall i suppose, but thats not great for hitting hard over a long period because walls generally dont have much "give".

If you can hang somthing on a wall than get the rubber part of an old tire . Cover the tire tightly with canvas , enough to give good resistance.
