Do basic excersises like push ups, pull ups, sit ups stuff like that. Run. Also get a pair of 16oz gloves and hit a heavy bag i do three 3min rounds but start small with like two 2min rounds. my only tip would be push yourself when you feel like you cant do another pushup do 5 more. hit the bag till you cant hold your arms any more. You also so should eat after you workout mainly protien steak, eggs, cheese or protien shakes.

 

Remember to stretch.
