Mr. Mike Posted January 14, 2005 Share Posted January 14, 2005 I say dojo for the already mentioned reasons, but when I practice solo, I go out to hte pier here and use the end which is a 30'x30' slab of concrete surrounded by water. The effect of the slow waves and solitude just cannot be explained. There is no way I'm stressed after a workout like this. Anyway back to the point training alone offers many benefits, especially with water near.(Something to do with Chi). The cool summer breeze passes me by.
