Maddwraph
are those things helpful or just anotehr scam product? they are the ball where you fill it up with air. i was thinking of getting one because my family has a history of back problems and when i do crunches on the matt on the ground, it hurts sometimes, so i was thinking that soft ball thing would help me. so.. any suggestions? thanks Im brasilian, but live in the united states. aefibird
They're a good thing to have IMO. We have a couple of them at my dojo that we use fairly regularly. You can do all sorts of excercises with them, although like m-a said it'll be a good idea to get a book to go with it. Even better, see if you can find someone who has one who can show you what to do. "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..."
