Hello Iamrushman thank-you for your reply - I workout always on the same floor - it's made of wood. Other than my regular kickboxing classes, I do boxercise for cardio - all on the same floor. I'll perhaps buy a new pair of shoes. I've taken Ken's advice about drinking more water and it seems to have helped somewhat. Thanks again!
