:karate: Hello Martial Artists!

I am soon to be 50 years old and have been involved in the martial arts since the early seventies. I hold black belts in Kajukenbo and Wado Ryu. Also have brown belts in Shotokan and Kempo. Also blue belts in Brazilian Jujitsu and Taekwondo. I have also trained in kickboxing.

Glad to be part of your forum.
