jctkd Posted December 23, 2004 Share Posted December 23, 2004 if you are using a curling bar, try a different grip on it. either go inside grip if u are using outside. or outside if you are using inside.. if u are using a straight bar switch up the grip or use less weight until your wrist and forearms can handle it...
