Shane
Whats your favorite training method for Kickboxing? I'm not looking for the best I'm looking for your favorite, the one you enjoy the most. For me its working the thai pads with kicks, strikes, knees and elbows. I really enjoy this part of my training and its an awsome workout. I enjoy many different training methods but there is something about the thai pads that I just really enjoy, you can do so much with them. A True Martial Arts Instructor is more of a guide than anything, on your way to developing the warrior within yourself!!!!!
STR33T GUY
I voted for focus mitts because hands and elbows are my favorite weapons, especially elbows. My favorite drill is the rope-a-dope drill. A minute of experience on the street is worth a year of training in the dojo.If you can’t sprawl and brawl, you can’t street fight.
