I'm about to call my doctor - I have a test today and last night I managed to do something that caused the upper part of my hip to feel really tense when I put weight on it. I was practicing my front thrust kicks and something just didn't feel right when I set it.

 

What the hecks going on? I can't have something like this during a test!
