Hudson Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 6 nights a week of MA and you can't drop the weight? Sounds like a nutrition problem. Drop some carbs and overall reduce your calorie intake. I didn't say lose all carbs, mind you. Check out the CKD (Cyclical Ketosis Diet) and also, if you need more cardio, check out HIIT training. Google search it.
