if you want to hit harder, I wouldn't use either of those. one looks like a type of upper cut bag, and the other like a kick shield. For power, you want a heavy bag and / or thai pads. One of the sites you linked sells heavy bags. Here's a pic from the site:

Agree with Sevenstar here. For developing power you definitely need a heavy bag like on the link he posted. For coordination, the heavy bag also works, but a speed bag is also good. (That's the 2nd link YOU posted). The other bag you had on there was almost like a small kick bag, I can't see how it would help much for what you need.

What are prices now a days for a not too too bad quality heavy bag, not the greatest quality because I dont want to me playing 500$. Thanks

I've never seen one that costs that much. ringside.com has one for 300 - but it weighs 200 lbs. you can get an 80lb bag for less than 100 bucks. at our club we've got a few of those, and we've got three of the 6 foot tall bananna bags. They probably weight about 125 I'm guessing, but those are normally sold unfilled, so they are pretty cheap too.
