Diet and cardio. You could probably get some good results within a couple months if you're disciplined.

You wanna get one REAL fast? Watch Survivor and follow their eating habits: A small bowl of oats for breakfast, skip lunch, a couple grub beetles in a water stew for a snack, and a fish for dinner. All washed down with plenty of water. You'll get a six pack in about a month- of course, you'll also be thin as a rail and as weak as a new born baby, but hey....you'll be ripped! :D

I think that you have to get under 7% body fat to start to see all 6 "packs".

Your only fat intake should be fish and oats. The rest of your energy should be carbs. And, depending on your body type, you're looking at probably 45 minutes of workout each day. Remember, the first 20 minutes don't count! You have to burn out the energy that's in your blood first so that your body can look for it somewhere else.

Yes, as a lot of people on the boards have said, get on a healthy diet consisted of healthy food and do cardio excersises daily, which I need to do, because my six pack only appears sometimes, and the rest of the time is a two pack.

Go to the nearest 7-11 and open the pop cooler take out a 6 pack and pay for it :P  .

Just do lots of cardio and full sit ups, (not crunches) watch your diet and remember that you abs are a muscle too so working them everyday is not good for them.

As for me... there is a 6 pack in the keg somewhere..???????...
