P.A.L Posted November 29, 2004 Share Posted November 29, 2004 it's a long story but if you are a little bit over weight now.in general 2500 cal. not more than 3000 anyway. 45-60 min workout daily you need more rep. not heavier weights. after 2 months you should see some results.
