The Saint
The shipping is a bit late (holiday mail & customs suck) and I have not recieved the program yet. It was sent by general mail which really sucks, I would have paid for FedEX or UPS. I will let you know how it works. Hopefully it will help me get down to middle weight, in my division. Ben Martin
i ordered one ages ago, its a good read and he does tell u about who conducted the studdies sum guy named Dr richard price i think. yeah its ago book, i have never felt so healthy i dont need to sleep as much as i feel like i have more energy during the day. i have never been as physically fit as i am now or as strong and that is due to my kickboxing and his training programs. i have lent the fatloss booklet to my boss and one of my friends who were both trying to lose weight quickly and it worked for both of them the first week or so is the hardest i stupidly did the detox on the week of my grading last april and i felt dizzy during the sparing. so when you detox make sure you have nothing big planned. the only thing that anoyed me about this is that its not a book its a load of pages stuck together with a ring binder and on his site there is a picture of the manual and it is a hard back book. a quick edit- this is not for people who want to diet lose weight then go back to eating crap. this is about real health for life somthing that you stick to, if you just want to lose some weight im sure there are cheaper programs out there that you could buy. BORATZ
It's basicly a nutrition regime. It's not a short term diet, but rather a nutrition plan you should stick to your entire life. I personaly think its great, and worth the money. What I especialy liked about it are the training manuals, these are realy most usefull.
The Phenom
Yeah I've seen the regime, and I want to follow it badly. Unfortunately my Mum says I'm too young for it and I shouldn't be doing that sort of thing at 15. My Dad thinks it's too aggressive. So I'll have to wait, and eat how I think is right in the meantime. But seriously, to anyone who has or is following it, how good and effective is it? Is the diet plan hard to obtain or stick to? What are the exercises like?
Ben Martin
your never to young to start eating healthy and thats what the spartan health regime is about. yes you are to young for the weight lifting programs but not for the diet. a usual days meal time for me will go somthing like breakfast- fruit smothie lunch- jacket potato and tuna, or home made veg soup with this special vogal bread, or rice and veg (have my complex carbs in the middle of the day) dinner- i have a salad(no dressings), or a stew, or chicken and veg pudding(always get a sweet craving after diner)- i have some plain yogurt 2 clemintines a few wall nuts broken up a banana sometimes grilled(though it does kill alot of the goodness) and some raw honey if i get hungry in between meals i have a drink of water and have a pice of fruit. i make sure to never have sugar, cafine, white flour and sunflour olis. also i find my self getting sick if drinking water all the time so i juice a few juicing oranges and put that in a jug in the fridge and use it like orange squash and dilute it just to give the water some taste. hope that helps you. The Phenom
It sounds interesting. So I take it that the food isn't too hard to obtain - I just want to follow a nutrition programme where the food you eat is easy to get hold of. Oh and what training programmes are there in the regime besides weights? Thanks. I want to start following this quite soon so I can change my physical condition and fitness around 180 degrees, that's why I'm being so curious. Ben Martin
yeah there are routines that you can use your body weight but it says that your better off doing low reps with high weights so when you can do a certian amount of crunches for exaplme u shold put a weight behind your head or if your doing dips or chin ups that you should use a weight belt. The Saint
The program is simply feaking awesome, I droped 10lbs and won gold in Sparing at Easterns. I ate like the book suggested and went to 2 classes a week. No other exercise and I work in an office at a desk.It isn't a deit it is a change for people who want change. Government food guides are wrong ! (If they are so right why are there so many overwieght people in our society? following the food guide and mass industry, I guess)If you want to make a serious change and lose weight, sleep better, run, kick and punch faster for longer I'd highly recommend you spend $100 bucks on yourself and buy it.
