Has any body heard of this program. I clicked on an advertisement when I was last on the Karate forums here. What exactlly does this program do? Is it a scam? or worth the money. The basic package is $97 US and the gold is $298 US. I have read the "testimonials" on the site but I think they are a bit slanted. I want to here the cons of this program from anyone who has been on this program. The auhtor makes valid points in some of his anwsers, However, I want to make sure 100% that it is worth the money before I pursue it and not a scam.

Free trial and money back guarantee on the internet? HA! I have some swamp land you might be interested in buying. Personally I do not do business online unless I have already dealt with them offline or KNOW that they are reputable, such as Amazon, etc. Too many scams out there, be careful.

I've always concluded that if something isn't sustainable, then it isn't a diet and certainly isn't worth my time.

People always say "I'm going on a diet, but what they really mean is that they are going to eat a certain way for a certain amount of time. That isn't dieting, that's just being sucked into the latest fad. There is more to health than the lack of body fat and/or the presence of muscle.

What concerns me about this "health regime" is that it makes all sorts of claims and statements and backs them up with only a vague reference to studying five primitive tribes that are supposedly some of the healthiest in the world (if they were that well off, what are their names...what specific methods did they use to test them...who conducted these studies...how long was this study...) and the fact that we are very similar (genetically speaking) to other primates. It just screams "fad" in my mind, but more importantly, it screams "scam." It seems more oriented towards those with more testosterone than they know what to do with (or people that wish they were those kinds of people).

Anyway, best of luck to you...tell us how it all ends up...
