bodywieght exercises then stretch or vice versa?

Recommended Posts

I've read a few of the posts on stretching and a few on bodywieght exercises. I'm not putting two and two together very well, so I'm going to come right out and ask. :) Should I stretch before or after bodywieght exercises? Or both?

This would be on a bodywieght and stretching everyday routine.

i always did both, personally. more importantly then "when" or "how often" is "am i doing them correctly"? be sure of that, first.

warm up, do liiiight stretching during and good stretching after. stretching cold is no good.

I stretch lightly before a warmup (usually some jumping jacks, pushups and running in place), then do a full stretch. I hit the weights and stretch after certain cycles. I then do a cool-down stretch. Very important to use good form-no bouncing.
