Little Dragon Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 Hey everyone, lately ive noticed that everytime I drink a lot or water or eat very little that my stomach goes PLOP.I mean when I wake up in the morning its all fine and flat but after a few cups of water or a burger im like....hanging.Never relli bothered me but now im startin to try to take care of my body...is this normal? or do i just have the weird genes in the family ''I know what your thinking.........did I shoot you 3 times? or did I shoot you 472 times?''
Jinxx0r Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 you eat burgers for breakfast? I would say that's probably not a good thing... I guess trying to figure out the "PLOP" noise would be like me trying to explain the noises my car makes to a mechanic... hehe. If you feel bad you should see a doctor and let a professional analyze your diet. I can't imagine strange noises coming from your body is ever a good thing (I'm setting myself up for this one...) AngelaG Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 It's probably just because your stomach is empty. Your stomach makes gurgling noises all the time, but when it is empty is echoes around, hence why your stomach rumbles. I find if I drink loads of water I can sometimes hear it sloshing around, especially if I have an empty stomach! ROB Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 HAVE YOU TRIED CUTTING OUT CERTAIN FOOD'S, IE WHEAT PRODUCTS. A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE INTOLERANCES TO CERTAIN FOOD STUFF'S. THESE CAN CAUSE BLOATING AND DISCOMFORT. ALSO TRY NOT TO DRINK A LOT OF WATER WITH YOUR MEALS. DRINK UPTO 1/2 HR BEFORE AND 1/2 AFTER, GIVE YOUR BODIES DIGESTIVE JUICES TIME TO WORK ON THE MEAL . TRY A DIET WITH OUT MILK AND WHEAT FOR TWO WEEKS AND SEE HOW YOU GO. ROBO
