i am doing abs workout for more than 20 min a day

but i can't get out of my belly stomach and some fleshy hip

i wear some tight hip dress (elastic) more frequently does this affect my physical structure and build?

pls help me!!!!!! :bawling: :bawling: :bawling:

No, but wearing dresses/belts that are too tight too often can result in what is called "Tight belt syndrome", which can result in gas, indigestion, and other unpleasant things.

To have a "six pack", you would need to build the abs as well as strip the fat off of them. When you see men or women on the covers of mags, they generally have about 3-8% bodyfat. (Male average for "in shape" is 10-15 %, women is 18-25%).

One side note, your body will take fat first from where it put it last. Simply put, if your waist was the first to pack on the excess and the face the last, it will come off the face first, and the waist last.

Iam a pure vegettrain(VEGANs) not even eat egg or milk

but a lot of diet in proteins and cereals

pls

We vegans have to be careful about our carbs and fats though..finding a balance is hard when you are body building and doing cardio. Too much..no fat loss; too little...no muscle gain.

I have a six pack, too bad it's covered in all that unsightly belly fat

Seriously though, you do have to work cardio to burn the fat off of the area. Keep up the ab work, but also add some cardio like jumproping, cycling, running, sparring, full speed kata(my favorite!), etc.

Good luck, and keep up the work. Don't get discouraged if you just can't get the six pack look...a few years ago I was into the bodybuilding pretty heavily; to the point that I had 4% bodyfat. While I could see my abs, they still weren't the magazine cover perfect abs you see on the newstands. Mine are all lopsided, I have more of a 5 pack...darn genetics. :D
