Hey,

 

I do short stretching routines lasting around 15-25 mins consisting of about 4 or 5 excercises and doing 5 sets of a 30-60 sec stretch on each, with the last set really stretching hard.

 

How often should stretching routines be done to improve flexibility?

 

Is it like weight training where you need to give your muscles time to heal and rebuild or can you do it everyday?

 

To improve flexibility quicker is it better to stop stretching down further when you feel a gentle stretch or should you push yourself a bit further before holding the stretch?
