hey, i've been trying to work out and i'm trying to find some good routines for me. the problem is that most people know how to bulk up well but not get solid to good. i'm real interested in taking martial arts so i believe i have enough muscle on me, but i need to get solid. i think that its better than getting big for martial arts cause you get more speed and flexibilty.....i don't think Arnold would be that good for martial art right? so, if anyone has a link, a video or just a routine that basically gets you fit, and solid (best example i can think of is Brad Pitt from Snatch. the Irish gypsy bareknuckle boxing champion). thanks for any help
