Try and move it, no matter how sore, if it can move it is not broken. Good luck!

Not necessarily true. I broke my left arm badly on both bones and I could still wiggle my wrist and fingers to my heart's content... although moving my wrist was somewhat painful!

I can move it, but I caved and saw a doctor and he said its broke just by the bruising and stuff. So first official martial arts injury: broken toe

Well, keep it rested and strapped up.

Hope it gets better soon! :)

well anotehr problem arises, saturday is a pre test at my dojo where they decide whether or not they think your going to be able to test for the belt in a month. I belive im erady, and I dont want to miss a belt grading over something as miniscule as a broken toe. I figure as long as Im not doing bag work , ill be okay.
