Realistic. Scary. Currently: Kickboxing and variants.Previously: Karate (Seido, Shotokan, Seidokan), Ju Jitsu, Judo, Aikido, Fencing.

From introductory titles to works that go in depth. Titles that discuss both MA and Buddhism together would also be interesting. Any one has read something like this? thanks in advance
