justinksw Posted October 8, 2004 Posted October 8, 2004 I'm new to the site and relatively new to message boards. I hope to have some great 'conversations' on here. I have been studying Kuk Sool Won here in Central NY for the last 2.5 years and love every minute of it. I have never been in such good shape or felt more energetic. I only wish I could be at the tournament in Houston right now! "The less effort, the faster and more powerful you will be. " - Bruce Lee
